What happens after you write
There's no sales sequence on the other end of this form. One person reads your message, and the same person replies. The whole process:
-
We reply within 24 hours.
Usually sooner. The reply comes from the person who would actually build your site, typically with a question or two about the project.
-
We talk it through.
A short call or email exchange about what the site needs to do, roughly what it should cost, and when you need it. A conversation, not a contract; nothing is signed at this stage.
-
You get a fixed quote.
Scope, price, and timeline in writing. If the project isn't a fit for us, you'll know quickly, and we'll say so.
What to include in your message
The most useful messages cover three things: what your business does, what you need the site to do (not how it should look; that comes later), and any deadline you're working against. A link to your current site helps if you have one.
